Hilary Craig is an award-winning brand and marketing professional specializing in the video game industry. With a career spanning roles at Red Meat Games, Gearbox Entertainment, and her current position as Co-founder and Principal at Talent Show Group, Hilary has led brand and marketing strategies from indie to AA to AAA titles. She has supported acclaimed projects like Tiny Tina's Wonderlands (2022), Godfall: Ultimate Edition (2022), New Tales from the Borderlands (2022), Blanc (2023), and RKGK (2024), among many others. Her freelance consultancy has supported various game developers in market analysis and strategic planning.

John is a seasoned business developer, marketer and game developer, with close to 15  years of industry experience.  He co-founded Stompy Bot Productions, a Canadian indie development studio which grew into an indie publisher, where he worked primarily as the company’s Senior Business Developer and Marketing Director, but also as a Producer and Game Designer. He then went on to co-found Turboplay, an indie-focused store platform where he acted as the COO.  In between Stompy Bot and Turboplay, John also worked as a consultant with game related and technology clients.

Currently, he is Xsolla’s Canadian Regional Vice-President.

Allie Wilde is the Marketing and PR Lead at Exnilo Studio, where she’s currently leading the go-to-market strategy for STRAND, the studio’s debut title. With a background rooted in both communications and operations, Allie brings a unique blend of strategic insight and behind-the-scenes experience to the games industry.

Previously, she was the Communications Lead at Torn Banner Studios, where she focused on internal studio communications and culture during the aquisition of Lever Games and development of No More Room in Hell 2. She began her industry journey at Ubisoft Toronto and has served as an executive assistant across several studios, including Torn Banner and now Templar Media—a new video game publisher.

With experience spanning marketing, studio comms, and executive operations, Allie offers a holistic view of how strong communication drives both team alignment and player connection.

Ruwan brings nearly 2 decades of hands-on experience in the games industry, having worked for/with Ubisoft, Sega, Relic, EA, Bioware, Infinity Ward, id Software, Warner Brothers etc. His passion is building great teams that make great games. He has shipped over 30+ games from AAA to Indie mobile, across all mainstream platforms (Console/PC/Mobile) including Call of Duty Modern Warfare, Driver, Splinter Cell, Quake, Black Panther, Company of Heroes 2 and many more, providing billion dollar impact as a senior leader. As the founder of Go Boldly Design, Ruwan believes the function of UX design is to bridge the gap between Creator Vision & Market Expectation, creating ideal conditions for both to thrive. In an increasingly competitive market, a strong connection to the market will be the most reliable advantage. He aims to provide support and clarity in this area of opportunity, to new and established developers.

A marketer and producer with 20 years of experience in games, fashion, and TV, David is the Marketing Director at Big Blue Bubble where he leads a creative team in driving growth, and building hype for the weird world of My Singing Monsters.
